Cowboy, as outgoing HoH, you may not compete.
Houseguests, you will each have 5 X's by their names. You all will be taking X's away from houseguests that you don't want to win HoH. The last houseguests with X's next to their name will become the new Head of Household. You may only take away someone's X every 30 minutes and if you are taken out of this competition then you may NO LONGER take away any X's.
BUT FIRST!
This week you are NO LONGER playing as cliques. From now on, this is an individual competition and no one will be safe because their, now former, clique-mates won Head of Household!
